Small parts of this resort are currently under construction however the apartment is situated on the completed phase 1. Whilst there will be continuing building work on the resort, this section of the resort is completely finished. The rental price will definitely go up once the whole resort is complete. Facilities that are on phase 1 include, communal swimming pools (one of which is right outside the apartment), 9 hole golf course (local charges apply), clubhouse with driving range, tennis courts, gymnasium facilities, childrens play areas, Sports bar.
