4 weeks for the price of 3 in any month. All 4 weeks have to be consecutive.

A non refundable deposit of 25% will need to paid at the time of booking (cheque/bank transfer are acceptable) and the balance to be paid no less than 6 weeks prior to departure. If you are booking within 6 weeks of your departure, a full balance will need to be paid at time of booking.

We require £100 returnable deposit payable to us with your deposit and this will be returned to you as soon as possible (via cheque or bank transfer) once our agent has confirmed a satisfactory checkout.

€55 per couple, or €65 for four people will need to be paid to our agent upon arrival to cover the cost of cleaning and changing the linen and towels for the next guests.

Prices reflect the fact that other phases of the resort are under construction and price rises will definitely follow as further phases are completed.
